Prep101 MCAT Courses

We occasionally offer limited-time promotions to help students enroll at key points during the year. To ensure fairness to all students, we apply the following guidelines.

1. Promotional Offers

Promotions:

  • Apply to new enrollments only
  • Are valid only during the advertised dates
  • Must be applied at checkout
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated
  • Cannot be applied to prior purchases
  • Promotions expire at the exact date and time specified

2. Retroactive Discounts

Because our promotions are time-limited and apply equally to all students during the advertised window, we do not apply discounts retroactively.
This means:

  • If you enroll before a promotion begins, the discount cannot be applied afterward.
  • If a promo code is not entered at checkout, it cannot be applied after purchase.
  • Promotions cannot be added to existing enrollments.

We understand it can be frustrating to see a promotion shortly after enrolling. Our policy ensures fairness across all cohorts and protects the integrity of our programs.

3. Financial Aid & Assistance

If you qualify for financial assistance (including AAMC Fee Assistance or institutional programs), documentation must be submitted and approved before enrollment.

Financial assistance:

  • Is not retroactive
  • Cannot be applied after purchase
  • Cannot be combined with public promotions unless explicitly stated

4. Deposits & Materials

Certain components of enrollment (such as deposits, physical materials, or third-party resources) may be non-refundable once issued or activated.

If you are considering enrollment and anticipate a promotion or financial assistance, we recommend waiting until you are ready to finalize your decision.

5. Questions About a Recent Enrollment?

If you enrolled very recently and have questions about a current promotion, please contact us within 24 hours of the promotion’s start date.

While we cannot guarantee adjustments, our team is happy to review your situation.

This 12-week course has three classes every week, running Monday through Wednesday. With our Flexible Schedule, you get to choose from three different times—morning, afternoon, or evening—for each class. Just pick the one that works best for you.
