1. The Score Promise
We guarantee a specific score outcome based on your verified baseline:
- Baseline of 500 or higher: Guaranteed score of at least 515.
- Baseline below 500: Guaranteed minimum 15-point increase from your baseline.
2. Compliance Requirements (Your Success Checklist)
To maintain eligibility for the guarantee, you must complete the following tasks, which are specifically curated and proven to maximize score improvement:
- Baseline Verification: Establish your starting point via an official AAMC score report (from within the last six months) or by taking the course diagnostic exam.
- Coursework: Complete all assigned readings, classes, workshops, and homework within the week they are assigned in your Study Plan.
- Note: Retroactive completion of past weeks’ work does not count toward guarantee eligibility.
- Practice Exams: Complete and review 8 full-length practice exams plus the diagnostic on the schedule provided in your Study Plan.
- Review Logs: You must submit a post-exam review log to your coach for every practice exam to verify your review.
- AAMC Materials: Complete 6 Question Packs and 2 Section Banks by the Sunday of your final week of classes.
Coursework Exemptions: Coaches may exempt you from specific tasks based on your background. All exemptions must be confirmed in writing and added to your study plan within the first 14 days of the course.
3. Mandatory Deadlines
Failure to meet these deadlines will void the Score Guarantee:
- Testing Window: You must sit for the official MCAT within 90 days of your final class date.
- Score Submission: You must submit your official score report to Prep101 within 14 days of its release.
4. The Safety Net (Transfer Policy)
If you find the 515+ pace too intensive, you may transfer to the Live Online course.
- Deadline: The transfer must be initiated via email to mcat@prep101.com before the end of Week 4.
- Refund: You will receive a refund of 50% of the price difference, minus the cost of any resources already used.
5. Remedies
If you meet all compliance requirements but do not achieve the Guaranteed Score, you may select one of the following:
- Option A (Refund): A refund of your tuition, minus Non-Refundable Costs.
